Great people and food was done on time and very good

3 days ago 2 lg Pizzas came with no sauce! They kindly gave me a credit which was appreciated. Ordered again tonight, Tuscani Chicken Alfredo, in line states w/ Five bread sticks ok cool. I call to say I didn’t get my breadsticks to be politely told, well it depends on if you placed the order with or without breadsticks???? The catch??? I had to place my order over the phone to use my credit! And I didn’t specify that I wanted the Chicken Alfredo WITH breadsticks???? Didn’t know I had to!!!!!! And the person in the phone didn’t ask!!!! Not cool Pizza Hut!!!

I tried to order pizza for a party tonight and spent an hour on the phone trying to reach someone. No one ever answered the phone. Please stop advertising or answer your phones.

I thought if I picked my pizza from the store it would see better. It still sucked. It's just not the Pizza Hut I loved anymore! I guess this time I'll move on longer than 8 months. I probably will never visit Pizza Hut ever again. They've let me down too many times.

Always put on hold, long wait times. Driver couldn't wait for gate so she said she called and left message (she did NOT). Took my food back to store, didn't call. I called looking for my food, the driver answered the phone after 15 minutes on HOLD AGAIN! They still charged me for my food. I had to call to get a credit. NEVER AGAIN! This was the 2nd bad experience at this HUT.

Pizzone was great but I called while still in my jobs parking lot to order ahead 5 min of time wait got in route to PH using my phone via Bluetooth they answered put me on hold got there still on hold I hanged up once’s I walked in to the guy waited 18 min extra the 2 stars or for the pizzone

Great Service.....I ordered delivery and everything was great. Food was hot and delicious. Driver was very courteous. Will definitely order again soon. Thanks.

Pizza was fantastic! Ordered ahead online and it was ready when I arrived.

By reading this review, I will assume you know what Pizza Hut pizza is like, some hate it and some love it, I'm one of the latter. This location is also DELIVERY/CARRY-OUT ONLY so I suggest going to another hut if you want that sit-down experience. I have no issue with this location as a whole. Got the pizza quickly and hot and satisfactorily prepared with not a ton of elbow grease but in. We ordered a big dinner box that was very worth the money... But they left out the ranch we paid for. Not a big deal, but I was a little disappointed. Just a reminder to have them show you the inside of the box or check it yourself before driving home or getting delivery.

Worst customer service by far of any Pizza Hut I have ever ordered. #1 They dont answer the phone#2 Ordered online one number was wrong in contact number, manager did nothing to try and get the right number to the driver.3# Order said 45-55 minutes over an hour and a half. Tried to call the store and of course no answer.

I literally live less then a half a mile away and my pizza was barely warm. Pizza Hut is my favorite supreme pizza . I love their sauce and breadsticks. Speaking of breadsticks and marinara.... my marinara sauce I love so much was so watered down . Since when do they water that stuff down? It was very disappointing. Besides all of that the pizza was loaded with veggies ... the online ordering was easy ... the delivery driver was chipper and polite . All I have to say is we don’t have much to choose from in Auburndale as it is . We need you to step up your game and show some pride in your business.

I call BS on the sign posted. I got delivery last time and ended up getting it for free after it was an hour later than promised so I did carry out this time. I stood there for 10 mins while my pizza was packaged. First no boxes, then something else was missing. They don't know the first thing about hustle here.

Overall, the pizza was what you could expect. I wouldn't say it is the best or fastest, but definitely a solid store if you are craving a pizza hut pizza.

Horrible service. Last time I ordered they forgot my 2 liter and were way late. I understand stuff happens so I called again. This time the Pizza never got delivered after calling to confirm order. Hope I get my money back like they promised

Great deals and I love their pizza. Their pizza hut rewards program is great as well. I couldn't tell you how many free pizza's we've gotten from the program.

They've been delivering pizzas to my home for 7 yrs I've lived at this address. Today somehow magically they can't find my phone # in their system and once I gave her my address, lady said they don't deliver to this area. Girl must be new or not properly trained. Will never again order from here.

I’m really disappointed. I ordered pizza online at 7:58pm for delivery. I got a text message at 8:23 pm saying it was out for delivery. It is now 9:08 and still no pizza. We live 10 mins from this particular restaurant... I called around 10 mins ago and was told that our driver had another delivery lumped in with ours and he should be on his way. I’m really hoping our food is hot and tastes good when or if it ever gets here. Not going to order from this location again.

If I could give a 0 rating, I would! Ordered a large pizza and an order of boneless wings. Over 1 1/2 hours later, it was delivered. Delivery person did not have food in a bag to keep food warm. Pizza was COLD and wings were Luke warm. The sauce was actually turning a different color from cooling off. I called to complain and the manager said sorry and offered to replace food. (Gave us credit) A week later, decided to try again....here we are...1 1/2 hours again for delivery and pizza is not here.I am done with pizza hut! HORRIBLE SERVICE! This was the second time we gave them a chance! I recommend not ordering from them!!! Go to Domino's or Papa John's and get hot pizza!!!!

Greasy Meaty Cheesy... PIZZA!

Pizza was so greasy by the time I got home (5 minutes away) it was so soggy I only ate the garlic knots which too we're not that tempting to look at. Smelt great though.

These employees are racist and have little education. Poor customer service. Never buying here again.

Have been ordering from them for 6 years now.today we called and they don't deliver at our address. And they go past our house to deliver to our neighbors.so we will not call them again.Dominos was happy to deliver to us.so Auburndale Pizza Hut u lost a good customer.keep going and u will be out of jobs.GOOD JOB GUYS.u are doing good losing customers.

The worst looking chicken I’ve ever seen in my life I got the eight boneless chicken wings in it look like they sent me one chicken wing and seven chicken nuggets no sauce on it barely at all. When I called to complain and asked why I look like this lady said oh that’s just how it comes we can’t control that.

The managers are amazing. The store manager is incredible. Best service. Best food.

Terrible costumer service. I live in a new home community and I always call to let them know that their website mapping area it's not properly updated and because of that I'm only able to put the address of the home community on my order but not my actual house address. I have never had problem in the past making my orders but this time they refuse to deliver my food even though they have delivered to the my door many times. The lady on the phone insisted that they don't deliver food in this area when I know for a fact that they always do because I'm not a first time costumer.They also posted on my account that the food was delivered but it wasn't. We, as costumers deserve a little more costumer service instead of denial. I'll not recommend this place since they don't know how to treat costumers well.

Rude rude people. Delivery takes hours. Ordered delivery 2 weeks ago, pizza was ice cold driver smelled like Pot. Ordered today, they no longer deliver to my area. I’m 2 miles away. Workers are rude. Buy elsewhere.

Love their PZones!

I surely love pizza when it's done right! And the Super Supreme pizza that I recently had from here lived up to its name without a doubt. Loaded with plenty of tasty ingredients, made this one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! I'm definitely looking forward to the next one. And the one after that!

I like this venue a lot. there is a happy mood. The kitcen is good. the service is effective and the stuff is polite. The cost is honest. very much recommend.

They delivered my order to the wrong house to a minor and their driver Lisa never got a real signature or left a receipt. Watch your charges for unauthorized tips.

I placed an online order and when I got there I paid for my order and waited. Then they brought me the wrong order and when I made them aware of it they told me thats what I had order and they would do nothing about it....DON'T Go HERE

Hot, fresh, made exactly how I asked

Couldn't decide if we should get Pizza Hut or local Pizza Connection pizza for dinner tonight. Decided to go with Pizza Hut since it had been awhile. Never. Again. Our Pizza and Breadsticks were cold. Not even a little warm. We had to heat it up which makes it chewy. From now on it will be no doubt Pizza Connection for dinner. Sorry Pizza Hut.

Excellent! We purchased a large pepperoni pizza with the stuffed crust garlic knots. And our whole family absolutely loved it excellent new choice.

We enjoy going out. Yesterday we went to this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We had a lovely evening there with high-qulity cooking and an efficient crew and a distinguished cook. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we will surely visit again soon. We highly recommend.
